Product Description

Our 2016 harvest Delicate oil is an late harvest style with smooth, impeccably balanced delicate fruity flavours. Pressed from olive varieties including the rare Benito and Verdale, this oil is unfiltered, unrefined and lovingly hand-bottled in small batches. Our heritage trees rely solely on natural rainfall and once picked, olives are cold pressed immediately producing a low yield of ultra-premium olive oil – beautifully concentrated in flavour.

This oil won a Silver Medal at the Australian Fine Food Awards.

Previous customers note this oil was previously labelled as Grampians Olive Estate.

Free fatty acidity is exceptionally low at ≤0.2%.

Our casks are BPA free, come with a tap and keep oil fresher for longer by excluding air.

15L casks and 20L drums have a tap and we include a free empty bottle and pourer for easy decanting.

4L tins have a pull up pouring spout.
