Estate-bottled and specially crafted to harmonise with the flavour profile of our premium olive oils, this vinegar has “deep caramel and balsamic flavours with orange citrus. The gentle acidity is balanced with fruit sugar and some spice complexity” (Peter Nicholson, Chef). Combine with our Lemon Pressed olive oil for a sensational salad dressing, dip crusty ciabatta or glaze pork cutlets. A drizzle over desserts such as strawberries and ice cream is delectable.

I use this on every salad I make. You only need a small amount because of the intense flavour. I end up giving bottles to my friends because they love it so much.

Oh, what can I say, I could almost drink this Golden Orange Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar, I almost do. I am often accused of drowning my Salad on my plate with this delicious syrupy elixir. Please don't ever change the recipe.

The flavours in this vinegar were sensational.

I would rate this as the most delicious balsamic i have ever tasted - and vouched by my daughter who spent the weekend finding any excuse to have some more.
