I add this to all my salads and other dishes too. My friend was visiting and tasted it and she can't get enough of it. It has just the right balance with a hint of sweetness without being too overpowering. Makes even the plainest salad taste like it came from a master chef kitchen.

l never thought l would rave about vinegar BUT this is the greatest thing l've ever discovered....my secret weapon in the kitchen - l have to stop myself from drinking it from the bottle
