Our Gold Medal winning 2018 harvest Delicate oil is an late harvest style with smooth, impeccably balanced delicate fruity flavours. Pressed from olive varieties including the rare Benito and Verdale, this oil is unfiltered, unrefined and lovingly hand-bottled in small batches. Our heritage trees rely solely on natural rainfall and once picked, olives are cold pressed immediately producing a low yield of ultra-premium olive oil – beautifully concentrated in flavour.
Gold Medal at the 2018 Australian Golden Olive Awards, the judge described this oil as "Grass & tomato vine aroma. Good transfer to palate. Flavours or rocket, artichoke & basil. Mild to medium bitterness & pungency. A great balanced oil. An elegant oil."
Free fatty acidity is exceptionally low at ≤0.2%.
Our casks are BPA free and keep oil fresher for longer by excluding air. The tap provides great drizzling control and is drip free (turn off the tap until you feel a click).
15L casks and 20L drums have taps and both include a free empty bottle and pourer for easy decanting.
4L tins have a pull up pouring spout.

This would be one of the best olive oil that I have tasted. It is so smooth with a wonderful after taste. Well done for producing such a first class product.

Organic, Fresh and from Ripe olives
That’s the holy grail of olive oil
My foodie friends finally got it when they tasted it cause health is secondary to them
My hippy friends got it cause they’re healthy and taste is secondary to them
And everybody loves to discover the fresh olive oil story
Which none of them knew

People buy the oil for different purposes , some people might put it on their salad or on a piece of bread .ill definetly try that but at this stage I’m mixing it with carbon 60. Carbon 60 is an allotrope (form) of carbon , diamond and graphite are other examples. I tasted it beforehand and then 12 days later. It seemed after 12 days of stirring carbon 60 into the oil the taste was buttery, and melted in your mouth. My first impression was different , I noticed the slight peppery taste and subtle notes that set it apart from other oils I’d tried Carbon 60 shouldn’t affect the flavour because it’s just carbon. For your information about .8 grams of carbon 60 will dissolve in the oil. The colour changes to black or red if it’s under a strong light.

I highly recommend this delicious, lightly fragrant fresh organic olive oil. I buy it in 15L boxes and use it for everything from cooking to preserving and on salads. We recently had some Italian guests who are somewhat expert .. they rated your olive oil five out of five. Thank you for providing us with a first class product.
