Roasted Capsicum Finishing Vinegar

I just love the Roasted Capsicum Finishing Vinegar !! It is light and fresh and so different :) I initially just used it as a light dressing over a fresh garden salad , but now I'm experimenting with it in all sorts of dishes. I need to buy a bigger bottle next time !!
