I'm sure it's great
We operate a small registered home kitchen and use the Garlic Infused Olive Oil in a number of our products. It cooks well, has a delicious taster and aroma. Well worth the cost for its versatility.
Our family just love this oil. My son is intolerant to garlic and onions. Its very hard to cook without these two veg as we use them for flavour in so many dishes. Fortunately, the fructans in garlic and onions are hydrophilic and do not absorb into oil, so you get the flavour without the offending fructan. This oil has given us back the flavour we were craving, and everyone is happy. Cannot fault it, as with any Grampians Olive Co product - 5 star
