As a Naturopath I’m always looking out for quality ORGANIC foods for myself and my clients. This oil is what I would call the classic quality EV olive oil taste - very balanced between smooth and just the right amount of ‘pepperiness’ (is that a word?). I find no lingering sharp bitter aftertaste. Am keen to try the First Harvest when it’s next available - missed out this season. Have been so disillusioned with the olive oil trade over the last decade and am happy to have found Grampians Olive Co. as you state that you fully control all production from growing to bottling. Very happy to support such a company and being organic is truely appreciated.
