Free Shipping over $100 to most locations
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 - for smaller orders we offer $9.95 subsidised flat rate shipping. Free shipping offers only apply within Australia, with the exception of bulky orders to distant and remote areas. In this situation we offer heavily subsidised shipping.
Free Returns & 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products (or in the rare instance an order arrives damaged) please contact us promptly, within 30 days or order, for a no fuss replacement, return or refund. We also understand orders may be gifts and will consider any reasonable return request, on a case by case basis. Our aim is always to resolve any issues quickly to ensure your satisfaction.
Free returns means we pay the return postage and there is no restocking fee. Bank processing time for refunds is between 1 - 5 days. Free returns only apply within Australia, no returns are accepted for international orders under any circumstances.
Fast Despatch
We despatch orders every morning (Monday to Friday), and work hard to ensure all orders are on their way within 24 hours or less. We ship via Australia Post eParcel (fragile wine delivery service), Australia Post Express, Aramex Couriers and internationally by EMS (Express Air Mail).
Carefully packed - for you and the environment
We take seriously our responsibility to deliver your order safely and with minimal environmental impact. We pack and protect our products for safe transit with recycled and recyclable cardboard and paper padding. From time to time we also re-use clean plastic padding that we have received - this is better than immediately sending it for recycling because it saves the energy of having to transport and re-manufacture the product!
Delivery times
Obviously delivery times vary depending on your location and courier workloads, but on average Victorian deliveries normally take 1-2 business days and the rest of Australia varies from 3-14 business days. By default we send orders with authority to leave without signature. You may add customised delivery instructions at the view cart screen.
