Free Shipping over $100 to most locations
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 - for smaller orders we offer $9.95 subsidised flat rate shipping. Free shipping offers only apply within Australia, with the exception of bulky orders to distant and remote areas. In this situation we offer heavily subsidised shipping. For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Free Returns & 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products (or in the rare instance an order arrives damaged) please contact us promptly, within 30 days or order, for a no fuss replacement, return or refund. We also understand orders may be gifts and will consider any reasonable return request, on a case by case basis. Our aim is always to resolve any issues quickly to ensure your satisfaction.
Free returns means we pay the return postage and there is no restocking fee. Bank processing time for refunds is between 1 - 5 days. Free returns only apply within Australia, no returns are accepted for international orders under any circumstances.
Fast Despatch
We despatch orders every morning (Monday to Friday), and work hard to ensure all orders are on their way within 24 hours or less. We ship via Australia Post eParcel (fragile wine delivery service), Australia Post Express, Aramex Couriers and internationally by EMS (Express Air Mail).
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier workloads. Below are our estimated average delivery times for Australia Post standard shipping:
- VIC: 2–3 business days
- NSW, ACT, SA: 4–7 business days
- QLD, TAS: 5–10 business days (+5 days for bulky orders shipped free via Aramex)
- WA, NT: 7–14 business days
For the fastest delivery and despatch, we recommend selecting Express Post.
Important Information:
- By default, we send orders with authority to leave without signature. You can add customised delivery instructions at the view cart screen.
- As we ship from regional Victoria, Australia Post does not guarantee delivery times, including for express post.

Carefully packed - for you and the environment
We take our responsibility seriously to deliver your order safely while minimising environmental impact. That’s why we use recycled and recyclable cardboard and paper padding to pack and protect our products for secure transit. Occasionally, we’ll also repurpose clean plastic padding we’ve received—an eco-friendly choice that reduces waste and energy use by avoiding the need to recycle and remanufacture materials prematurely.
Unclaimed or Incorrect Address Policy
We are committed to delivering your order smoothly and on time. To help prevent any issues, please verify your shipping address and contact details at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact information provided to us, or the parcel being unclaimed, the following options are available:
Re-shipping: We can resend your order for a $9.95 re-shipping fee.
Refund: You can request a refund, minus a $19.95 fee to cover shipping and return costs incurred.
