Free Shipping over $100 to most locations
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 - for smaller orders we offer $9.95 subsidised flat rate shipping. Free shipping offers only apply within Australia, with the exception of bulky orders to distant and remote areas. In this situation we offer heavily subsidised shipping. For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. 


Free Returns & 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products (or in the rare instance an order arrives damaged) please contact us promptly, within 30 days or order, for a no fuss replacement, return or refund. We also understand orders may be gifts and will consider any reasonable return request, on a case by case basis. Our aim is always to resolve any issues quickly to ensure your satisfaction.

Free returns means we pay the return postage and there is no restocking fee. Bank processing time for refunds is between 1 - 5 days. Free returns only apply within Australia, no returns are accepted for international orders under any circumstances. 


Fast Despatch
We despatch orders every morning (Monday to Friday), and work hard to ensure all orders are on their way within 24 hours or less. We ship via Australia Post eParcel (fragile wine delivery service), Australia Post Express, Aramex Couriers and internationally by EMS (Express Air Mail).

Delivery times
Obviously delivery times vary depending on your location and courier workloads, but on average Victorian deliveries normally take 2-3 business days and the rest of Australia varies from 3-14 business days. By default we send orders with authority to leave without signature. You may add customised delivery instructions at the view cart screen.


Carefully packed - for you and the environment
We take our responsibility seriously to deliver your order safely while minimising environmental impact. That’s why we use recycled and recyclable cardboard and paper padding to pack and protect our products for secure transit. Occasionally, we’ll also repurpose clean plastic padding we’ve received—an eco-friendly choice that reduces waste and energy use by avoiding the need to recycle and remanufacture materials prematurely.


Unclaimed or Incorrect Address Policy
We’re committed to ensuring your order reaches you smoothly. To help avoid any issues, please double-check your delivery address during checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided, or if the parcel goes unclaimed:

  • Return Fees: The customer will be liable for any return-to-sender fees incurred.
  • Reshipping: We’re happy to resend the order, but additional shipping fees will apply.
  • Refunds: Alternatively, we can issue a refund for the order’s total, minus the original shipping cost incurred by us and any return fees.

 Please note, if your parcel is unclaimed or returned to us due to an error in the address, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in re-delivery.
