The orange infused olive oil is absolutely fabulous mixed with some caramelized balsamic. Add some crusty sourdough bread for dunking and you have an irresistible duo that will compliment each other to perfection!

I use this on salads most of the time together with golden orange balsamic and it lifts what might be a very ordinary salad into something very tasty! Of course with a great salad it is wonderful.
