2025 Delicate Organic EVOO
Our Delicate oil is a late harvest style pressed from purple/ripe olives with smooth, impeccably balanced delicate fruity flavours. Varieties include the rare Benito and Verdale, this oil is unfiltered, unrefined and lovingly hand-bottled in small batches. Our heritage trees rely solely on natural rainfall and once picked, olives are cold pressed immediately producing a low yield of ultra-premium olive oil – beautifully concentrated in flavour.

Judge's comments: "Sweet refreshing nose with fresh grassy notes, tomato leaf, tobacco, lemon verbena, basil, and blossoms. Transfers to a palate with fresh intensity, sweet red fruit flavours and green tomato on the palate. A lovely gentle bitterness and pungency. Good length, clean mouthfeel."

Glass bottles have a pourer insert to control flow, tins have a pull up pouring spout, and casks (bag in box) have a tap. The cask tap provides great drizzling control and is drip free (turn off the tap until you feel a click). Our casks are also BPA free and keep oil fresher for longer by excluding air. 15L casks and 20L tins both have taps we include a free empty bottle and pourer for easy decanting.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 - for smaller orders we offer $9.95 subsidised flat rate shipping.

Couldn't wait to try this once ordered, and I wasn't disappointed. I find many organic olive oils a little robust and indistinguishable from each other..but not this oil..it is absolute perfection on the palate and the plate..subtle and pure..highly recommend. (One of the best holidays I ever had was spent camping at the base of and climbing/hiking the Grampians, so to find this wonderful Australian company with the namesake felt serendipitous) Cheers from WA 🙏🇦🇺😊
Fantastic olive oil
Delightful taste and smooth feel on the palate
Many years ago I was introduced to Toscana Garlic olive oil which immediately became my favourite but now called Grampians Co olive oil I am hard pressed to pick a favourite. I won’t use any other olive oil and regularly buy the Delicate, Signature, Lemon, Garlic and always look forward to the first press.
Grampians Co is a very reliable business with excellent products. Thoroughly recommend!
