Great taste, fresh and fragrant. I love it. Already bought 2 more bottles and I am using this oil on everything (salads, meats, cooked vegies) every day. Highly recommended.
The oil is fine, but I was disappointed it didn't have more peppery kick. Perhaps that's more on me, I'm no olive oil expert, hence the reason I give it 5 stars

I haven’t opened it as yet, but I know from previous experience it will be fantastic. This is my equal first olive oil, I can’t separate you with Colonna of Italy on taste. It’s on price where you jump ahead, and the fact you can get it in a cask rather than a bottle.
Really nice oil, it has a lovely crisp green apple aftertaste.

The most alive fresh flavour springs from this beautiful first harvest Olio Nuovo extra virgin olive oil. I’m obsessed and am making the best vinaigrettes, dipping bread into it as is, using as a finishing oil on almost everything. It’s exquisite.
