This is a versatile little vinegar. I've used it on its own as a salad dressing, on roast vegetables and also as a finishing touch to my homemade vegetarian pizzas. It also goes well when poured into a shallow dish with extra virgin olive oil and some nice crusty bread is dipped into it (as part of an antipasto board).
These olives are just the best. Enjoyed them with a lovely aged cheddar, some crackers and a glass or two of semillon.
A senior medical practitioner advised that Grampians is even better than Cobram Estate that an American health said was the best in the WORLD.
My connoisseur daughter can tell by the catch in the back of the throat that it is high in the anti-oxidant.

I only buy this oil because its quality is unsurpassed. And being able to have it delivered to my door in a short space of time is a real bonus.
Great for my salad dressing, cooking and drinking as is in the morning. The taste was a bit different from the ones I used to have in New Zealand and Europe but I understand different types of olive and different ways to extract (first and second extraction etc) could produce different tasted/ flavored oil. I just hope I could get some discount as a senior citizen. Thank you.

All Olive oil products from Grampians are outstanding. We have tried a range of olive oils available in the supermarkets and none are even close to the taste of the olive oils from Grampians. We use the various infused oils as well as the original olive oils every day. Price is not a consideration when the quality is so good.
