Estate-bottled and specially crafted to harmonise with the flavour profile of our premium olive oils, this vinegar is made from Australian red capsicums, giving a fresh and intense flavour. Perfect with Cajun chicken, baked potatoes, avocado salads, prawns, lobster, or simply with crusty bread.

After trying a dozen other brands this roasted capsicum finishing vinegar stands out from the crowd! So flavoursome and delicious, can be put on pretty much anything. The only downside is the 500mls is not enough!
