We have been busy on the grove harvesting and pressing our 2014 organic olive oils. Thank you for your understanding during this exceptionally busy time of the year for us!

I'm very pleased to say that our 2014 harvest was a great one - quality is superb and the flavour profile is complex, smooth, fruity, herbaceous and most importantly well balanced. We look forward to sharing this season's oils with you soon.

Our main jobs on the grove following harvest are pruning and bottling. This year the bushfire burnt trees are being pruned hard to reshape and rejuvenate them. The Grampians bushfire in January burnt part of our grove but thankfully the majority was saved.
