When Roger Mathews moved to the Grampians to be a part of our family business, he brought his barista skills and taste for exceptional coffee with him. Roger’s passion for coffee led us to invest in our very own boutique batch coffee roaster ensuring complete control over the roasting process and the freshest possible coffee being served at our farm shop. Enjoy our freshly roasted coffee at home - now available in 250g bags.

Delicious coffee, i am now only drinking this coffee. It is not bitter at all and has a beautiful fruity aroma.

Perfect acidity in this bean perfectly roasted. Love supporting Nimbin what a great town and everyday I love my coffee. Great find. Yes…. If you like super strong and acidic this is not it - but it’s full bodied and gut friendly.

Aaah northern NSW - great hinterland, great beaches & this great coffee bean. I'm still finessing grind size & quantity per cup, but this great tasting coffee was a GREAT FIND!

Australian Coffee (Farm Shop Roast)

Went looking for Australian grown coffee. Hard to find. Pricier than mainstream (imported) varieties but I'm keen to support local producers. Absolutely delighted with the coffee, beautifully balanced, rich flavour with a subtle sweetness. I bought a couple of bags to test then immediately bought another 8 once tested.
