Our infused oils are crafted on our estate in the Grampians, where we gently infuse premium cold pressed extra virgin olive oil - always without heat - and lovingly hand bottle in small batches. This careful process preserves the oil’s character while layering in vibrant, balanced flavours that will add gourmet flair to your meals with just a drizzle.

Seasonal note: Our infused oils are not certified organic this season. In a low-harvest year, we chose to reserve our estate organic oil for our Signature and Delicate EVOO. To keep the infused range available, each infusion is crafted in small batches on our estate using premium Australian EVOO from trusted growers, with the same flavour and quality you expect.

A beautifully developed garlic infused olive oil... I use this every day as I have an intolerance to garlic, this gives me the garlic hit without the reaction. I have been purchasing this for many many years, a testament to how much I love it. My favourite infused olive oil.

I ordered the garlic oil along with the lemon and blood orange oils which are delicious. I have not opened the garlic oil yet, so cannot really comment on it. But if it is as good as the other oils I have bought, and I expect it will be, then I will be very satisfied.
Best garlic infused oil
I have suspected allium allergies (meaning no onion, no garlic for me). I am better with garlic than I am onion, but other garlic infused oils I can add no more than maybe 10g for a whole meal for 4 people, otherwise I react. With Grampians Garlic Infused Oil, I have no reaction at all. It provides my dish with the flavour, but without any level of discomfort for me. I can't see myself ever buying another garlic infused oil.
