Our Shiraz Red Wine Vinegar is estate bottled, produced from shiraz wine that has been naturally fermented and aged in oak barrels – continuing to soften in flavour if cellared. Use a splash to enhance soups, marinades, pastas and risottos allowing flavours to blossom throughout the dish. Make a vinaigrette for salads or dipping, or use to deglaze after cooking steak for a quick sauce.

Perfect for roast chicken!

I absolutely love this vinegar as a glaze for doing a roast chicken! I've used it several times mixed in with the lemon and garlic infused olive oils and it tastes amazing. It also means that the chicken doesn't dry out when roasting and is amazing and tender. Would highly recommend!
