We despatch orders every morning (Monday to Friday), and work hard to ensure all orders are on their way within 24 hours or less. We ship via Australia Post eParcel (fragile wine delivery service), Australia Post Express, Fastway Couriers and internationally by EMS / Express Air Mail.
We take seriously our responsibility to deliver your order safely and with minimal environmental impact. We pack and protect our products for safe transit with (as much as practical) re-used cardboard and paper. From time to time we also re-use clean packaging that we have received personally. Re-using is better than recycling or buying recycled products because it saves the energy of having to transport, dismantle and re-manufacture the product.
If there is ever any damage (eg accident in transit), we take full responsibility to replace, refund or otherwise remedy the situation to your satisfaction.
Obviously delivery times vary depending on your location, Victoria normally takes 1-2 business days and the rest of Australia varies from 3-10 business days.
Within Australia we offer free shipping on orders over $100, and for smaller orders $9.95 discounted flat rate shipping. Free shipping offers apply within Australia only, with some exclusions for bulky items to remote areas.

Our site is hosted by BigCommerce on an SSL secure server behind a firewall, allowing us to sell our products and services to you securely.
If you choose a direct payment gateway (we use Paypal Payflow) to complete your purchase, BigCommerce receives your credit card data which is then encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Once the payment is complete, your purchase transaction information is immediately deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
