Signature is our original and most popular organic oil - an exceptionally well balanced early harvest tuscan style oil with smooth yet complex fruity, herbaceous flavours.

Delicate is a late harvest style (pressed from riper, purple olives) with delicate fruity flavours.

Olio Nuovo is our limited release cloudy olive oil, pressed from the first (green) olives of the season - only available at harvest time each year.
