In response to both drought and heatwave conditions affecting our recent crops, we are proud to collaborate with trusted local growers who share our commitment to quality and sustainable farming. Their groves are not certified organic, with certification being a costly and lengthy process for small growers, however the olives are grown without herbicides or pesticides.

Originally exclusively reserved for our restaurant and café clients, its flavour quickly earned praise from leading chefs and now, for the first time, it's available to order online. 

100% Australian and estate-bottled, our Robust EVOO features the Frantoio variety balanced with complementary varieties including Leccino and Manzanillo for a classic medium-robust flavour profile - It's fruity with herbaceous notes and a peppery finish. Bold enough to elevate any dish, yet smooth enough for everyday use:
