A favourite for many who have visited our farm shop, this jam is a true family effort. Each season, our family hand-picks the fruit from a single 65 year old blood plum tree growing on our grove. Susan then hand-makes the jam in small batches the traditional way. The deep red colour and rich, tart flavour reflect the heritage of this specific tree and the unique terroir of the Grampians. The flavour profile is intense plum sweetness balanced by the tartness of the plums. Best enjoyed on scones, crusty sourdough or paired with cheeses.
