2025 Delicate Organic EVOO
Our Delicate oil is a late harvest style pressed from purple/ripe olives with smooth, impeccably balanced delicate fruity flavours. Varieties include the rare Benito and Verdale, this oil is unfiltered, unrefined and lovingly hand-bottled in small batches. Our heritage trees rely solely on natural rainfall and once picked, olives are cold pressed immediately producing a low yield of ultra-premium olive oil - beautifully concentrated in flavour.

Judge's comments: "Sweet refreshing nose with fresh grassy notes, tomato leaf, tobacco, lemon verbena, basil, and blossoms. Transfers to a palate with fresh intensity, sweet red fruit flavours and green tomato on the palate. A lovely gentle bitterness and pungency. Good length, clean mouthfeel."

Due to the drought and heatwave conditions at flowering, this year’s harvest was significantly reduced (around 20% of a normal year). Glass bottles have a pourer insert to control flow, tins have a pull up pouring spout, and casks (bag in box) have a tap. The cask tap provides great drizzling control and is drip free (turn off the tap until you feel a click). Our casks are also BPA free and keep oil fresher for longer by excluding air. 15L casks and 20L tins both have taps we include a free empty bottle and pourer for easy decanting.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 - for smaller orders we offer $9.95 subsidised flat rate shipping.

Free shipping offers apply within Australia, with the exception of bulky orders to distant and remote areas. In this situation we offer heavily subsidised shipping.
