Our locally made dukkah features Australian almonds, pistachios as well as macadamias and chia seeds blended with sesame seeds, herbs and spices. Dukkah is delicious dipped with bread and oil, and is also a nice addition to hommus dips or a coating mix for fish or chicken.

At Grampians Olive Co we are proud to support employment for people with a disability, with our dukkah being made in Horsham by AXIS Worx supported employees.

Absolutely delicious! I use it on almost everything. I started off with the jar then bought the pouch soon after. It's very well made and tastes amazing!

for a lockdown party

Generally I make Dukkah for friends at Christmas, but trying to host a lockdown party on zoom made this purchase (as part of the tasting event) absolutely perfect - so much easier. This is a quite thyme-ish version, which I like and went very well with the olive oils. My friends really appreciated the quality of products and felt like it was a real splurge. Thanks - would highly recommend!
