I have been getting this as a sample with my oils and have been using occasionally. I now have bought a bottle and use it on veges, pasta, anything. It is so thick and not like vinegar at all. Makes a nice additional flavour. Really enjoying it. 😁👍

A rich, perfectly balanced, must have in the pantry product. I never let myself run out of this. Beautiful on roasted tomatoes with basil and a grated pecorino.
