We partnered with Nicholson Fine Foods to create this gold medal winning finishing vinegar (2013 Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards).

Estate-bottled and specially crafted to harmonise with the flavour profile of our premium olive oils, this vinegar has “deep caramel and balsamic flavours with orange citrus. The gentle acidity is balanced with fruit sugar and some spice complexity” (Peter Nicholson, Chef). Combine with our Lemon Pressed olive oil for a sensational salad dressing, dip crusty ciabatta or glaze pork cutlets. A drizzle over desserts such as strawberries and ice cream is delectable. 

Australian oranges, golden syrup, balsamic vinegar, cloves, peppercorns, natural thickener (xanthan gum), potassium sorbate.
Store in a cool dark place.

Golden orange Balsamic Vinegar has been a regular in my household since I discovered it one Mother's Day when we visited your olive grove during our trip to the Grampians. We enjoyed the homemade pizzas too.
