I have been using this oil for dressing vegetables and salads. With its light lemon flavour it is perfect used alone on salads, often a vinegar is not needed.
I am in Perth but reorder because it stands out for its high quality. It is the healthiest olive oil I have found (high phenolic content) here. I order the plain and the lemon infused (my favourite). What I also like is that its direct from the growers and the customer service is excellent -they are always available to answer questions.
I love this oil so much. I have a disability and cannot prepare or cook food the way I used to. This oil with its gentle lemon fragrance can make many simple things so much better - poured onto a bowl of simply cooked vegetables, or salad, over halloumi or fetta, it’s an instant lift for many things. It is hard for me to squeeze a lemon, but this oil is an instant dressing all on its own, giving I think a more subtle and less harsh lemon note to everything. I cannit recommend highly enough.
