Anonymous The quality of the olives themselves is exceptional as usual from Grampians Olive Co but I felt the superb flavour was overwhelmed by the Balsamic vinegar marinade. A half or quarter strength version would probably be a better balance of sharpness without losing the olive subtle flavour.
