Our raw olive grove honey is cold extracted from hives sited on our grove and seasonally from other hives in the surrounding Grampians region. The bees forage on a range of flowers including our organic olive trees (when flowering in November/December), red gum, yellow box, ti-tree as well other eucalypts and native wildflowers. The resulting honey is full flavoured, 100% pure and raw - cold extracted, strained (not filtered), unpasteurised and unprocessed to preserve the natural vitamins, enzymes and other nutritional elements.

As a natural product every extraction has different flavours, texture and colour - the photos shown are a guide only and do not reflect the current batch.

Please note all genuine raw (cold extracted) honey will naturally crystallise, this happens to nectar from some flowers sooner than others and is a sign that it is truly raw honey. If you prefer clear, smooth flowing honey you need to heat the jar in hot water.

Andrew was a keen beekeeper in his younger days (bees provided his income during university) and is enjoying passing on his knowledge to son Greg & grandchildren. We manage our handful of hives naturally meaning no antibiotics and we harvest a sustainable amount of honey from each hive (always leaving enough to sustain the hives over Winter).

Please note - being raw honey we are unable to send to WA or TAS due to quarantine legislation

Thanks for your feedback! Our honey is made in small batches, and each extraction naturally varies in colour, texture, and flavour depending on what’s flowering in the Grampians at the time. That’s part of what makes it so special - it reflects the season. Generally, the early-season extractions tend to crystallise / go cloudy faster, so keep an eye out for the first batch this spring! Thank you.

Great honey

I really enjoy this honey

Tastiest honey!!

Before purchasing I read reviews all saying how it was the most tasty honey they’ve tried and I was a little skeptical thinking how can honeys taste that different to one another. And wow after tasting it I really believe it. We have eaten many many different honeys over the years and I honestly believe this trumps all! Onto my second jar and will repeat purchase every time

Delicious

The texture and the taste are incredible.
