Great oil, almost a little nutty, nice truffle flavour, great on chips and salad

The truffle infusion flavour is an incredible addition to any dish, but particularly fresh pasta and pizza. The care and attention from Greg and the team is evident in each drop, it also makes for excellent gifts!

I think the olive oil taste is way too strong and it overtook the truffle. The first order that I made you could taste the truffle. Unfortunately my family and I agreed this batch was a no for us.

I find all of the products from Grampians tasty and delicious. The oil is light and not overpowering, yet adds heaps of flavour. I love the products and find myself going back and ordering more on a continuous basis.
