Favourite way to use Roasted Capsicum Finishing Vinegar
Mix with whole egg mayonnaise and then use the lemon infused olive oil to get the desired consistency. Exquisite as a sauce with fish or a coleslaw dressing (I don't mix in, just pour on top). It is tangy and creamy and the colour is a lovely salmon pink. Delicious to look at and to eat!

Quite sweet
This is quite a sweet condiment. It pours a like a light syrup, rather than a vinegar. I would have preferred a red wine or apple vinegar base. I'm a huge fan of the caramelised orange balsamic, but I find this one not quite as versatile. Worth a try, but note it is quite sweet - you can't really substitute it for vinegar in salad dressings as it doesn't have enough acidity.

This is my favourite out of all the Grampian products. We also supply this in the 100ml bottles for our guests in our B&B’s. Fantastic flavour - great on salads - add some garlic and it’s fantastic as a marinade for steaks for the BBQ. Ou4 guests love it - never leave any behind.

My favourite go to finishing vinegar these days. We drizzle it on almost everything :-).
You can taste all the flavours of well roasted red capsicums and it's pepperiness when drizzled onto salads, meats, cheeses, used in a dressing etc.
Really wonderful especially when you want a bit of the sweetness and the flavours of roasted capsicum without having to roast a capsicum!

Capisicum Dressing
I purchased products for my two adult sons for Christmas. They both informed me independently that their dressings were to dye for. I have now purchased another three bottles of the capsicum dressing one for each of them and one for myself ((I am of the same opinion) however have told both sons that from now on they needed to purchase their own.

This is my absolute favourite dressing for any salad. It is not overly sweet or thick so it complements the ingredients rather than overpowering or smothering them. It always gets compliments when guests try it. Thoroughly recommend this.
