Crafted in partnership with Nicholson Fine Foods, this gold medal winning vinegar was specially developed to harmonise with the the flavour profile of our premium olive oils, it offers deep caramel and balsamic notes with a hint of orange citrus. The gentle acidity is beautifully balanced by natural fruit sweetness and subtle spice complexity - as described by Chef and creator, Peter Nicholson.

Perfect paired with our Lemon Pressed Olive Oil for a sensational salad dressing, drizzled over pork cutlets or roast vegetables, or used as a luxurious dip for crusty bread. A drizzle over strawberries or vanilla ice cream adds an indulgent finish.
