Our Delicate oil is a late harvest style pressed from purple/ripe olives with smooth, impeccably balanced delicate fruity flavours. Varieties include the rare Benito and Verdale, this oil is unfiltered, unrefined and lovingly hand-bottled in small batches. Our heritage trees rely solely on natural rainfall and once picked, olives are cold pressed immediately producing a low yield of ultra-premium olive oil - beautifully concentrated in flavour. Glass bottles have a pourer insert to control flow, tins have a pull up pouring spout, and casks (bag in box) have a tap. The cask tap provides great drizzling control and is drip free (turn off the tap until you feel a click). Our casks are also BPA free and keep oil fresher for longer by excluding air. 15L casks and 20L tins both have taps we include a free empty bottle and pourer for easy decanting.

Being of Italian background my mum always told me to buy the best bread, parmesan and olive oil in order to eat well. Unlike good red wine, it had to be new and reasonably fresh. This olive oil fits the bill in my humble opinion. I love the delicate flavour of this olive oil unlike others that are so strong that they burn your throat. I love the 2 litre can that it comes in too. I use it every day in one way or another. Thank you and keep on producing this beautiful product.
This remains one of my essential and favourite oils that is used in a wide variety of dishes, what can I say except the cask is great as it means running out is less likely!!

This Olive oil I bought to support health at old age - believe high polyphenol content and 1st cold pressed product that’s harvested this year retains is beneficial properties.
Hopefully this is an Australian brand I can trust. It would be nice indicating the expected polyphenol content on the product labels enabling the customers have good comparison of product quality.
Thanks Janath. We test the polyphenol level of each oil at harvest and publish the results on our website, as levels naturally vary from season to season. Our 2026 Delicate Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil was tested at 222 mg/kg total polyphenols.
