This season our infused range is not certified organic. With a lighter harvest, we reserved our estate organic oil for our flagship Signature and Delicate Organic Oils. To keep our infused oils available, we’ve sourced premium Australian EVOO from trusted growers and still craft each infusion in small batches on our estate, for the flavour and quality you expect.
