Love the Signature olive oil. Light but full of flavour. Use the Lemon and Herb oils for cooking. Particularly love the lemon oil with chicken dishes. Haven't tried the balsamic vinegar or fig yet but can't wait.

Wonderful product & exceptional customer service!

I recently ordered some Olive Oil from "Grampians Olive Co" and unfortunately the delivery of the package was significantly delayed by "Australia Post" despite being sent by Express Mail. After receiving little to no help from "Australia Post" as to the whereabouts of the package, I reached out to "Grampians" and the help I received from customer service, (specifically Molly) was terrific!!! Molly listened to my grievance and immediately launched an investigation with "Australia Post". When the product was eventually declared lost Molly immediately organised for a replacement order to be mailed out - which thankfully arrived within 3 days! Not many businesses these days care about customer service but "Grampians Olive Co" sure does! It is good to know that businesses' like "Grampians Olive Co" still exist, a business with a great product that is backed up by wonderful customer service.
