Our 2017 harvest Signature oil is now available! A unique early harvest style with fruity, herbaceous flavours and a subtle peppery finish. Cold pressed from olive varieties including the rare Bouqettier, Mission and Verdale, this organic oil is unfiltered, unrefined and lovingly hand-bottled in small batches. Our heritage trees rely solely on natural rainfall and once picked, olives are cold pressed immediately producing a low yield of ultra-premium organic olive oil – beautifully concentrated in flavour.
Winner of the Trophy for Best Oil From Heritage Trees and Silver Medal at the Australian Golden Olive Awards, the judge described this oil as "Snow peas, passionfruit balance, light mint, delightful, rounded palate, hints of fine pepper, pleasing chilli hit at the end"
Free fatty acidity is exceptionally low at ≤0.2%.
Also available in a 3 x 2L value pack for $135
15L casks and 20L drums have taps and both include a free empty bottle and pourer for easy decanting.
Our casks are BPA free and keep oil fresher for longer by excluding air. The tap provides great drizzling control and is drip free (turn off the tap until you feel a click).
4L tins have a pull up pouring spout.

This as all of toscana olive oils is an excellent product.

We have been using this olive oil for around 18 months now.
Every other product pales in comparison.
The taste is complex yet smooth with a lovely rounded taste left on the palate .
A family member recently moved to New York and couldn’t find any olive oils that compared so they had some shipped over. Now that’s commitment to a product! Try it, you will never go back.

I grew up near here and we have been buying this olive oil in different capacities for many years. I spend alot of time in the south of Italy too - noone takes more care with olive oil production than Toscana does. What I most loved hearing when I visited the grove 12 months ago was that the presses only run when the pickers are there. That is, only freshly picked fruit is pressed - none of this laying around in the heat and Autumn rains! Now, that is extra virgin olive oil for you - of the best possible quality.

This is a wonderfully versatile oil. It makes the best vinaigrette and adds flavour to pesto. I use it for cooking fish, mixed with butter and for mashing potatoes. It is wonderful drizzled on steamed green veggies, too. It goes without saying that it is a must for dipping bread and dukkah. I love this oil.

Thank you for this very high quality product.
I bought a 15 Liter one and will be a regular customer. Very fast shipping.
Thank you for the free Basalmic vinegar too. I love it!

This is a beautiful Australian product with a smooth finish - adds great flavour to your cooking but beautiful to dip your bread and dukkah.

It’s really hard to meet the expectation of someone from a country the olive oil is a tradition there. I’ve almost tried all olives oils brands in Australia aiming to find a high quality one, until I found Grampians. It’s amazing oil, tasty and pure. Keep it up guys

We love this Toscana olive oil, and use it with virtually everything. Great to support our regional producers rather than the big corporates!

Because when you take the time to do a Taste Test and after searching for a number of years you know this product is Simply the Best. Wait for the peppery “ZING” at the end. Give it a go because only you will know. 3x Cheers
