I now buy this oil by the 2 litre cask, it's just so good. I use it as salad dressing with the roasted capsicum finishing vinegar.... roast potatoes with it.... drizzle it on steamed veg.... it is my go to oil and really, I've never found anything as close to this in flavour. This infused oil with Tuscan Herbs is my go to for flavour- I prepare my eggs with it, and many Mediterranean stir fries. I even coat my potatoes with it and bake them- yum! The herb taste is in the foods without the little bits of dried herbs getting stuck in my teeth or falling off during preparation! I go through this oil faster than any other oil in my cupboard. Keep it coming!
When I want a little taste of Italy in my salads or hot soups, a swirl of this wonderful oil takes me there.
I love this oil drizzled over so many types of food. recently I'm using it to drizzle over pizza.a bit before cooking and then when cooked. It gives a whole new flavour to pizzas
My partner and I adore these oils and it's difficult to fault any of them. We recently purchased the Tuscan Herb Oil. We use this one frequently and usually poured over the top of roasted potatoes or polenta chips. It's so yummy. Beautiful and delicate flavours. You really can't go wrong with it, it's very versatile.
Lovely over fresh garden salad and dipped in bread: All the Grampians oils are outstanding. The chilli infused is my personal favourite but this one is good when you are after a fragrant herb oil.
We have now bought two 4 Litre tins of this oil. Fantastic blended with the Golden Orange Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar.

I love cooking with The Tuscan herbs oil. This is my absolutely favourite oil for roasting vegetables, in a salad and on a flame grilled steak. I can’t cook without it now. So delicious!!

Nothing beats a salad of mixed tomatoes, fresh buffalo mozzarella smothered with the Tuscan Herb Oil.....I eat this for breakfast lunch & dinner
I used to steer clear of flavoured olive oils, preferring to add my own, but this one and the agrumato have changed my mind. They are always to hand in my kitchen and I intend never to be without them.I truly believe that Australians should never choose imported olive oils when we have the best right here. Love your work.
I have many uses for the Herb Infused Olive Oil, I use it to top up my Herb Pestos. In Spagetti Bol but my favourite is a Pizza style Toasted Sandwich drizzled on the outside of the Focaccia with the oil before putting into the pan to fry. Yum!!!!!!
My husband makes excellent pizza - for some years, he has been using the Tuscan Herbs Infused Organic EVOO to make the dough, and the subtle flavour really makes it light and delicious. Highly recommend this also for drizzling over toasted sourdough or focacia. I buy it in 2L casks to retain the freshness.

I have been using Toscana Herb Infused Olive Oil for a number of years and the flavour it imparts to my cooking is fabulous. I use it on the base of my Pizzas, on Toasted Sandwiches, when I cook Steaks. It is one of our first go to Olive Oils.
